Science and Tech Park Infill

Lobo Development Corporation and Fairmount Properties approved and signed a Master Development Agreement on December 11, 2012 to develop the properties located on UNM's South Campus.  This site is one of three properties Fairmount will develop in the next 5 years.

Located directly west from Lobo Village is a 4.3 acre undeveloped site.  Capable of supporting 40,000 square feet in retail and restaurant space, the area is primed for development with the support of 900 students within walking distance.  The area is an important amenity space for the students living in Lobo Village who are in need of a convenient store, restaurants, and many other support services.  

Lobo Development has designed many different layouts for the site to maximize the land and find the highest and best use for the property.
